 ADMIN ASST/OFFICE COORDINATOR

Hours:  Flexible approximately 28-30 hours per week

We are seeking a stand-out individual to provide solo administrative support for our small professional office. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, computer skills, a desire to contribute in a variety of areas and a quick learner. The Office Coordinator must be able to work under pressure, take initiative and set priorities when necessary.  Traits of successful candidate will include a well organized self-starter with can-do attitude needing little supervision that loves a small varied-paced environment.  Personable ‘whatever it takes’ demeanor and strong skills will mark this key member of our team. 3+ years of office experience and intermediate skills with Microsoft products (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook) required. Valid drivers’ license to run office errands required.
