 The Marketing team is looking to implement a modern marketing platform to deliver digital marketing excellence. The team will be evaluating and implementing state or the art marketing strategies and technologies. This position is for marketing technologists who love working with marketers, developing digital tactics and implementing them. Marketing technologies in scope are content management solutions, marketing analytics, email automation, search, web and mobile development and CRM technology. 

 Provide internal technology expertise to key commercial functions, focusing on marketing operations to drive technology use and investment forward in a strategic manner. The successful candidate will be comfortable working collaboratively with an established team and communicating effectively with senior leaders in Marketing and IT. The role requires strong technical skills, creativity, analytical abilities, and solid communication skills.


  • Excellent technical skills including marketing automation, CRM, Google Analytics, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, and search engine optimization best practices. Also requires 3+ years of WordPress experience, proficiency with PHP and plugin/theme management.

  • Strong analytical abilities to analyze customer data and determine if strategies are effective in enhancing the customer experience. Strong communication skills are needed in order to collaborate with marketing personnel and interface with customers.

  • Support commercial IT and leadership to identify gaps in existing processes, determine disposition (major project, small project, enhancement) and provide recommendations for future process & technology improvements. 

  • Manage corporate WordPress sites and internal websites, updating content, themes, plugins and custom coding as required.

  • Elicit requirements for projects and enhancements using interviews, document analysis, business process descriptions, use cases, business analysis, task and workflow analysis. 

  • Manage and lead small projects across the software development life cycle, build project plans, communicate with stakeholders and partner with teams to deliver on project objectives. 

  • Partner with the marketing teams to build digital standards for accelerated marketing execution. 



  • At least 5-6 years business analyst, 1-2 years hands on experience with marketing platforms. 

  • Strong ability to collaborate with leaders, stakeholders, senior technologists, to define business processes, analyze operational efficiencies, implement creative solutions and measure delivery results. 

  • Clear understanding of digital best practices, integration of social media activities, digital metrics and design methods. 

  • Knowledgeable about modern marketing tools, digital best practices and agile marketing. 

  • Experience in: Analytics reporting and attribution (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Tableau, etc.). Content personalization using WordPress. Channel platforms and orchestration (Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua etc.) 

  • Experience in business process & requirements gathering through execution. 

  • Collaborative, agile mindset to drive speedy, creative and efficient use of technology and data to drive business value. 

  • Capable of translating and presenting technical concepts into practical business terms in both small and large group settings. This is an opportunity to join our select team that is creating a new marketing platform in a multi-billion dollar business.
