We are looking for someone who is collaborative by nature, curious by default and has a deep love for exploring design solutions that both inspire and inform.

The Junior Graphic Designer is responsible for creating and executing a broad range of fresh and original design solutions across all mediums. This includes concept and layout design of market research and marketing deliverables.

The Junior Graphic Designer will work collaboratively with the Creative Director, senior staff, business development, market research teams, and our clients on various simultaneous projects. This person will develop digital assets for our online presence, animated & still artwork, photography, presentations, video editing, and data visualization for our clients.

This person needs to have a keen eye and agile brain for strategy, storytelling and craftsmanship in all media spaces. The ability to experiment and iterate with our team is a must. They must be able to articulate ideas clearly and simply to our team and our clients.


  • Executes a broad range of fresh and original design solutions 
  • Collaborates with project team and leads creative staff to produce high caliber work
  • Designs and executes materials – multimedia presentations, multimedia galleries, Lookbooks, data visualization, video, and websites
  • Clearly communicates and presents concepts and ideas 
  • Remains current on industry trends and technology
  • Assists with monitoring all assigned production and follows through all phases of production
  • Sources and develops imagery and photography

  • Provide a portfolio of work that includes process work (sketches, wireframes, etc.)


  • BA/BS, AAS or equivalent work experience in Visual Arts or related technical field required
  • Minimum of 3 years experience and a passion for design and its role in communication
  • Strong proficiency in Mac design software: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
  • Must have Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with WordPress
  • Working knowledge of HTML, the design process and production process
  • Bonus points if you know After Effects and Final Cut Pro X!
